Our ZGS11-Z.T Outdoor box-type substationtransformer body is closely matched with the oil tank and has a fixing device. The high and low leads are all softly connected, and the tap leads and the off-load tap-changer are welded by cold pressing and fastened with bolts. All connections (including coils and backup fuses, plug-in fuses, load switches, etc.) are Cold-pressed welding, the fastening part has self-locking anti-loosening measures, the transformer can withstand the vibration and turbulence of long-distance power transmission, and there is no need to carry out routine hanging core inspection after sending to the user's installation site. The transformer as a whole is a sealed structure without an oil conservator. The transformer adopts the vacuum oil injection process during packaging, which completely removes the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil does not come into contact with the atmosphere during operation, which effectively prevents oxygen and moisture from immersing in the transformer and causes the transformer insulation performance to decline and transformer oil to age. The box body is treated with special technology, which has good anti-corrosion ability and can effectively prevent the erosion of sandstorm and coastal salt spray.
