GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current 5000A power distribution system, as power, lighting and power distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control purposes.

The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. Can be used as a low-voltage switchgear replacement products.

GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet in line with IEC439 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251 "low-voltage switchgear" and other standards.

Normal use environment

The ambient air temperature is not higher than 40 ℃, not lower than -5 ℃. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than 35 ℃.

◆ For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use place shall not exceed 2000m.

◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40 ℃, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (e. g. 90% at +20°C) Consideration should be given to the possibility of accidental condensation due to temperature changes.

◆ When the equipment is installed, the inclination of the vertical plane shall not exceed 5%.

The equipment should be installed in the place without severe vibration and impact, and not enough to make electrical components subject to corrosion.

◆ When the user has special requirements, negotiate with the manufacturer.

Installation and Use

After the product arrives at the receiving location, first check whether the packaging is intact. If any problems are found, notify the relevant departments in time to find out the reasons. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in appropriate places according to the provisions of normal use conditions.

Product Installation

The installation of the product should be carried out according to the installation diagram (see Figure 2). The foundation channel steel and bolts are provided by the user. When installing the main busbar, the lap surface should be repaired and leveled, cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then the bolts should be tightened.

After the product is installed, the following items should be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.

◇Check whether the cabinet paint has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.

The operating mechanism of the electrical components is flexible and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.

The on-off of the main electrical components is reliable and accurate, and the on-off of the auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate.

◇Whether the instrument indication and the ratio and polarity of the transformer are correct.

Whether the busbar connection is good, and whether the insulating support, mounting parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.

◇Whether the auxiliary contacts meet the requirements, whether the fuse core specifications are correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate.

◇Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.

Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.

The insulation resistance measured with a 500-volt megohmmeter shall not be less than 10 megohms.

Precautions for use

◇This product is not installed against the wall, single-sided (front) operation, and double-sided door maintenance of low-voltage distribution cabinets. The maintenance channel and cabinet door of the product must be entered or opened by qualified professionals for operation, inspection and maintenance.

◇After multiple closing and opening, the main contacts of the air circuit breaker will be partially burned and carbon-like substances will be produced, which will increase the contact resistance. The air circuit breaker should be regularly maintained and repaired according to its instruction manual.

It is strictly forbidden to open and close the isolating switch with load.

Ordering instructions

When ordering, the user should provide:

Main circuit distribution system diagram and floor plan, rated working voltage, rated working current,

Protection device setting current and necessary technical parameters.

Indicate the specifications of incoming and outgoing cables.

The model, specification and quantity of the main electrical components in the switch cabinet.

If busbar bridges or busbar ducts are required between switch cabinets or incoming cabinets, the span, height from the ground and other specific requirements should be indicated.

When the switch cabinet is used in special environmental conditions, detailed instructions should be given when ordering.

The surface color of the switch cabinet and other specific requirements.
