VOUCHIVAN delivered 1 unit of 100 kVA H class dry type transformers to South Africa in 2021.The rated power of the transformer is 100 kVA. the primary voltage of the transformer is 0.4 kV and secondary voltage is 0.19 kV. This is a VPI Transformer,the windings insulation of transformer are made of H class 220 degree Nomex Insulation paper wrapped. They have excellent dielectric properties and inherently low coefficient of thermal expansion. Laminates insulation paper has a heat resistance grade of H grade, has good dielectric properties and mechanical properties, and is excellent in mechanical properties at high temperatures and after damp.And this dry type transformer is equipped with a temperature controller. Built-in PT100 probes in 3 phase windings to detect the real-time temperature of windings and cycle display them in the digital screen.
